Intelligence Services Commissioner's Annual Report for 2015
On 8 September 2016 the Prime Minister laid before Parliament the Intelligence Services Commissioner's Annual Report for 2015.
Sir Mark said:
"It is important that the public have confidence in the oversight I provide. I firmly believe the public should see how the intelligence services match up to expectations while recognising that revealing some information would not be in the best interest of effective national security.
A cornerstone of my regime is personal responsibility and I do my job rigorously, independently of government, Parliament and the agencies."
