Intelligence and Security Committee’s further inquiry into detainee treatment and rendition

(11 Sep 2014) On the 11 September 2014, the Intelligence and Security Committee (ISC) announced their "call for evidence" towards their further inquiry into the role of the UK government and security and intelligence agencies in relation to detainee treatment and rendition.

The ISC has been provided with full access to the Commissioner’s report to the Prime Minister providing his views on current compliance with the Consolidated Guidance*
