The paper puts forward proposals to better equip courts to pass judgment on cases involving sensitive information, whilst seeking to prevent the disclosure of material of genuine security sensitivity. The Paper also puts forward proposals to modernise judicial, parliamentary and independent oversight of the security and intelligence agencies.

The consultation will be open until 6th January 2012 and responses should be sent to or by post addressed to Justice and Security Consultation, Room 335, Cabinet Office, 70 Whitehall, London SW1A 2AS.
